Congratulations on your engagement! We are honored that you are considering Oasis to help create your look for your big day!

We also offer Hydrafacial services to give you a four-in-one treatment to help ensure that you have absolutely flawless skin on the big day!
Policies:
- $100 deposit and contract must be in place to reserve your day. The deposit is non-refundable.
- Holiday Surcharge. Weddings scheduled on statutory holidays are subject to a 25% surcharge. The additional fee helps cover premium rates for travel, team compensation, and time away from family. If your date falls on a holiday, the surcharge will be reflected on your final invoice.
- Contracted service numbers need to be locked in 90 days before your wedding. If you reduce the number of hair and makeup services after the 90 day cutoff, you are still responsible for payment of the original contracted amount. You may increase your service numbers after the 90 day mark, if we are able to accommodate.
- Prices may vary based on the length and thickness of hair for anyone receiving service on the day of the wedding.
- We charge an on-location fee for all weddings not done in-salon.
- Due to the high cost of processing fees, we accept CASH ONLY
- We can refuse the right to any service at any time. This includes but is not limited to, terminating a bridal contract, excusing one from booked service, and so on.
- PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. YOUR CONTRACT TO RESERVE THE DATE, DOES NOT LOCK IN PRICING.
SUGGESTED BRIDAL TIMELINE
1 MONTH BEFORE
- Bridal Hair & Makeup Trial. Be confident in your wedding day look.
- Keep in mind, we are a traveling bridal team. We are on location almost every Friday, Saturday & Sunday. We are closed on Mondays. Trials must be done during the week.
2 WEEKS BEFORE
- Hair Appointments for yourself and your fiancé. Cut & color based on your wedding style.
- Face & Body Waxing. Eliminate redness or swelling.
- Rejuvenating Facial. Created for your unique skin type.
1 WEEK BEFORE
- HydraFacial- Say “I do” with your best skin ever!
- Tension-Relieving Massages. For you and your fiancé — because a relaxed couple is a happy couple.
- Nail Appointments. For yourself, your fiancé, and your bridal party.
ON YOUR DAY
Please have everyone arrive with clean, completely dry hair and all makeup removed. We request that everyone receiving a service the day of the wedding arrive at the agreed upon start time. This allows our team to transition from one service the next with our any downtime between. This helps to ensure we complete your services in the time allotted.
WHAT TO WEAR:
- A button-up or zippered top that can be removed without pulling over your head

- Wedding jewelry
- Wedding veil or headpiece
WHAT TO PREPARE:
- Directions to the salon for your bridal party
- Beverages/ breakfast: you can provide this yourself or ask our bridal team to arrange this for you
WEDDING DAY BEAUTY ESSENTIALS
- Ask us about our day of Essentials kits while your at your trial!
- Bobby pins, hair elastics &/or barrettes
- Nail polish in your shade for touch-ups if needed
